Yay for Summer Camp!

So, today Carli starts Summer Day Camp. She's also supposed to be in Summer School, but we were lucky enough to get it delayed a week - well, for her anyway...we don't have that kind of pull around the school schedule.

She is now at Summer Day Camp. We got there scads early, but I'm glad we did. She was second to arrive after a little boy. The gal running today's program called them into the room early and had them pick a seat in the circle. She took Carli's picture as I was walking out...I didn't turn around to watch, darn it.

But it's ok. I have to let her be with other people. It wasn't easy for me to walk out of that building, leaving her there and knowing I won't be picking her up until later this afternoon. Sigh...

Well, guess that's about all for now. I will post more later after we get her home and she tells us all about her first day at Camp.
